What is Mini LED technology?

Mini LED technology can be regarded as an upgraded version of the traditional LCD screen, which can effectively improve the contrast and enhance the expressiveness of the picture. Unlike OLED self-illuminating screens, Mini LED technology requires LED backlight as a support to display images.

Both traditional LCD and mini LED need to be equipped with LED backlight, but TFT LCD screen backlight often only supports uniform adjustment, and cannot individually adjust the brightness and darkness of a certain area. However, the Mini LED technology can make the LED backlight beads very small (the size of the backlight beads of the Mini LED display technology is about 50 microns to 200 microns, which is much smaller than the traditional LED backlight beads), thus dividing them into different backlights area. The more backlight partitions, the more backlights area can be adjustments, and the screen will show more detailed pictures and better effects.
