Anti-Fingerprint (AF) Film

AF films are designed to reduce the visibility of fingerprints and smudges on surfaces, enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and functional usability of touchscreens and high-contact surfaces.

Key performance parameters for AF films include:

  1. Water Contact Angle: >110°, indicating strong hydrophobic properties.
  2. Oleic Acid Contact Angle:>74°, signifying effective resistance to oily substances.
  3. Uniformity:Water drop angle deviation within 2° across 9 test points, ensuring consistent performance.AF glass panel

Friction Resistance:

  1. Test Conditions: 0000# steel wool, 1KG pressure, 10mm x 10mm contact area, 30 times/minute friction speed, 40mm stroke, 3000 times.
  2. Results:Water contact angle remains >100°, and water droplet angle decreases by less than 3°.
  3. Dynamic Friction Coefficient:<0.04, ensuring smooth surface interaction.

Sweat Resistance:
Test Conditions: Wrapped in dust-free cloth soaked in synthetic sweat, 45°C temperature, 55% humidity, 48 hours.
Results: Water contact angle remains >100°.
Coating Thickness:12-20nm, maintaining transparency and touch sensitivity.
Coating Hardness:
Test Conditions:7H Mitsubishi pencil, 1KG pressure, 60 times/minute friction speed, 40mm stroke, 1 time.
Results: No surface scratches, indicating high durability.
