Bien que le FPC soit principalement coll\u00e9 sur des plaques de verre telles que les \u00e9crans LCD, le terme FOG s\u2019applique \u00e0 tout collage FPC-verre, et pas seulement aux \u00e9crans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rjoytek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/\u56fe\u72471-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La m\u00e9thode de collage utilis\u00e9e est le thermo-compression (sertissage ACF) avec de l\u2019ACF. Typiquement, des FPC avec un pas de borne de 80 \u00e0 200 \u03bcm sont coll\u00e9s. Cependant, nous avons introduit une machine de collage FOG haute pr\u00e9cision capable de traiter des pas jusqu\u2019\u00e0 26 \u03bcm, nous permettant ainsi de r\u00e9aliser divers collages FOG. Pour un collage \u00e0 pas fin, tel que 26 \u03bcm, la capacit\u00e9 de la machine doit \u00eatre soutenue par une conception pr\u00e9cise du FPC et une gestion rigoureuse des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rjoytek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/\u56fe\u72472-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous disposons d\u2019une vaste exp\u00e9rience avec les mat\u00e9riaux ACF utilis\u00e9s dans le sertissage ACF et pouvons r\u00e9aliser le collage ACF selon les conditions recommand\u00e9es par le fabricant.
