Il y aura une couche d'air entre la vitre protectrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la couche tactile et le panneau d'affichage apr\u00e8s collage, car la plupart des \u00e9crans tactiles LCD utilisent la technologie de collage par cadre, ce qui cr\u00e9e une couche d'air entre l'\u00e9cran tactile et l'affichage LCD. La technologie de collage complet supprime cette couche d'air, r\u00e9duisant ainsi l'\u00e9paisseur de l'\u00e9cran. La r\u00e9flexion de l'\u00e9cran est consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duite, l'\u00e9cran est plus fin et plus transparent, il appara\u00eet compl\u00e8tement noir lorsqu'il est \u00e9teint, et reste parfaitement lisible sous une lumi\u00e8re intense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ogs-on-cell-in-cell-touch-technology-for-capacitive-screens\"><strong><b>Technologies tactiles OGS\/On-Cell\/In-Cell pour \u00e9crans capacitifs<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technologie OGS : OGS (one glass solution) est actuellement la principale solution pour les LCD enti\u00e8rement coll\u00e9s <a data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/rjoytek.com\/capacitive-vs-resistive-touch-screen\/\">les \u00e9crans tactiles capacitifs<\/a>. Elle int\u00e8gre la couche tactile et la vitre protectrice en un seul ensemble, d\u00e9pose une couche conductrice d'ITO (oxyde d'indium-\u00e9tain) sur la face interne de la vitre protectrice, et effectue directement les \u00e9tapes de d\u00e9p\u00f4t et photolithographie sur celle-ci, \u00e9conomisant ainsi une vitre et une \u00e9tape de collage, rendant <a data-wpil-monitor-id=\"27\" href=\"https:\/\/rjoytek.com\/how-do-lcd-screens-work-a-simple-guide-to-tft-lcd-technology\/\">l'\u00e9cran tactile LCD<\/a> plus fin et plus l\u00e9ger, et r\u00e9duisant les co\u00fbts. Cependant, puisque la vitre protectrice OGS et l'\u00e9cran tactile sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, il faut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la tremper en premier, puis la recouvrir, la graver et enfin la d\u00e9couper. La d\u00e9coupe sur de la vitre tremp\u00e9e est tr\u00e8s complexe et forme des microfissures capillaires sur les bords, ce qui r\u00e9duit la r\u00e9sistance de la vitre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technologie In-Cell : M\u00e9thode d'int\u00e9gration de la fonction tactile dans les pixels liquides, c'est-\u00e0-dire d'incorporation du capteur tactile \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'\u00e9cran d'affichage. In-Cell place le film tactile ITO sous le substrat de verre sup\u00e9rieur du panneau d'affichage et le fusionne avec la couche liquide. L'innovation du panneau tactile In-Cell r\u00e9side dans le chargement du circuit sur le liquide, permettant \u00e0 l'\u00e9cran LCD d'avoir les capacit\u00e9s de perception et de saisie tactile d'un \u00e9cran tactile traditionnel. Le panneau tactile In-Cell est non seulement plus pr\u00e9cis, mais supprime aussi le besoin d'un panneau tactile s\u00e9par\u00e9, rendant l'\u00e9cran tactile plus fin et plus l\u00e9ger. Les \u00e9crans tactiles traditionnels sont difficiles \u00e0 lire au soleil, mais d\u00e9sormais, sans panneau tactile s\u00e9par\u00e9, il n'y a pas de parallaxe et la lisibilit\u00e9 est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technologie On-Cell : d\u00e9signe la solution d'int\u00e9gration de l'\u00e9cran tactile entre le substrat du filtre couleur et le polariseur de l'\u00e9cran d'affichage, c'est-\u00e0-dire l'\u00e9quipement du <a data-wpil-monitor-id=\"49\" href=\"https:\/\/rjoytek.com\/what-causes-lcd-panel-failure\/\">panneau LCD<\/a> avec un capteur tactile. Sa difficult\u00e9 technique est plus simple que l'In-Cell. Elle est actuellement surtout utilis\u00e9e dans les produits \u00e0 panneaux Samsung Amoled.
