Structure du LCD TFT<\/h4>\n

TFT est l'abr\u00e9viation de \u00ab Thin Film Transistor \u00bb (Transistor \u00e0 Couche Mince). L'afficheur couleur LCD TFT comporte des transistors constitu\u00e9s de couches minces de silicium amorphe d\u00e9pos\u00e9es sur un substrat de verre. Il sert de vanne de contr\u00f4le pour appliquer une tension appropri\u00e9e aux cristaux liquides pour chaque sous-pixel. C'est pourquoi un \u00e9cran LCD TFT est \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 afficheur \u00e0 Matrice Active.<\/p>\n

Un TFT LCD poss\u00e8de une couche de cristaux liquides<\/a> prise en sandwich entre un substrat de verre form\u00e9 avec des TFT et des \u00e9lectrodes pixel transparentes, et un autre substrat de verre avec un filtre couleur (RVB) et des \u00e9lectrodes transparentes oppos\u00e9es. Chaque pixel d'une matrice active est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un transistor qui inclut un condensateur, ce qui permet \u00e0 chaque sous-pixel de conserver sa charge au lieu de n\u00e9cessiter une charge \u00e9lectrique envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque fois qu'il doit \u00eatre modifi\u00e9. Principe de pilotage du LCD TFT<\/h4>\n
