W\u00e4hrend FPC prim\u00e4r an Glaspaneele wie LCDs gebondet wird, gilt der Begriff FOG f\u00fcr jegliches FPC-Glas-Bonding, nicht nur f\u00fcr Displays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/rjoytek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/\u56fe\u72471-1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Bonding-Methode wird Thermo-Compression-Bonding (ACF-Crimping) mit ACF eingesetzt. Typischerweise werden FPCs mit einer Rasterteilung von 80 bis 200 \u03bcm gebondet. Wir haben jedoch eine hochpr\u00e4zise FOG-Bonding-Maschine eingef\u00fchrt, die Rasterteilungen von bis zu 26 \u03bcm verarbeiten kann, wodurch wir verschiedene FOGs bonden k\u00f6nnen.
