Bei der herk\u00f6mmlichen Verbindungstechnik entsteht zwischen der Schutzglasscheibe, der Touchschicht und dem Displaypanel eine Luftschicht, da die meisten LCD-Touchscreens mittels Rahmenverklebungstechnik gefertigt werden. Die Full-Bonding-Technologie eliminiert diese Luftschicht, wodurch die Dicke des Bildschirms reduziert wird. Die Bildschirmreflexion wird erheblich verringert, der Bildschirm wird d\u00fcnner und transparenter, erscheint im ausgeschalteten Zustand vollst\u00e4ndiger schwarz und bleibt auch bei starkem Licht gut sichtbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ogs-on-cell-in-cell-touch-technology-for-capacitive-screens\"><strong><b>OGS\/On-Cell\/In-Cell-Touchtechnologien f\u00fcr kapazitive Bildschirme<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>OGS-Technologie: OGS (One Glass Solution) ist derzeit die Hauptl\u00f6sung f\u00fcr vollst\u00e4ndig laminierte LCD- <a data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1\" href=\"https:\/\/rjoytek.com\/capacitive-vs-resistive-touch-screen\/\">kapazitive Touchscreens<\/a>. Sie integriert die Touchschicht und die Schutzglasschicht in einem Bauteil, beschichtet die Innenseite des Schutzglases mit einer ITO (Indiumzinnoxid)-Leiterschicht und nutzt das Schutzglas direkt f\u00fcr Beschichtung und Fotolithografie. Dadurch wird eine Glasscheibe und eine Laminierung eingespart, was den <a data-wpil-monitor-id=\"27\" href=\"https:\/\/rjoytek.com\/how-do-lcd-screens-work-a-simple-guide-to-tft-lcd-technology\/\">LCD-Touchscreen<\/a> d\u00fcnner und leichter macht sowie die Kosten senkt. Da jedoch bei OGS Schutzglas und Touchscreen integriert sind, muss es typischerweise zun\u00e4chst verst\u00e4rkt, dann beschichtet, ge\u00e4tzt und zuletzt geschnitten werden. Das Schneiden von vorgespanntem Glas ist \u00e4u\u00dferst anspruchsvoll, und es entstehen mikroskopische Risse am Glasrand, die die Festigkeit des Glases mindern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In-Cell-Technologie: Eine Methode zur Integration der Touchpanel-Funktion in die Fl\u00fcssigkristallpixel, d.h. die Touchsensor-Funktion wird in den Display eingebettet. In-Cell platziert den ITO-Touchfilm unter dem oberen Glassubstrat des Displaypanels und verschmilzt ihn mit der Fl\u00fcssigkristallschicht. Die Innovation des In-Cell-Touchpanels liegt in der Schaltkreisintegration auf der Fl\u00fcssigkristallschicht, wodurch der LCD-Bildschirm die Wahrnehmungs- und Touch-Eingabef\u00e4higkeiten herk\u00f6mmlicher Touchscreens erh\u00e4lt. In-Cell-Touchpanels sind nicht nur pr\u00e4ziser, sondern machen zudem ein separates Touchpanel \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig, was den gesamten Touchscreen d\u00fcnner und leichter macht. Herk\u00f6mmliche Touchscreens sind bei Sonneneinstrahlung schwer ablesbar, doch durch den Wegfall des Touchpanels entf\u00e4llt der Parallaxeneffekt, und die Lesbarkeit wird verbessert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On-Cell-Technologie: Bezeichnet die L\u00f6sung, bei der der Touchscreen zwischen dem Farbfiltersubstrat und dem Polarisator des Displays eingebettet wird, d.h. die Ausstattung <a data-wpil-monitor-id=\"49\" href=\"https:\/\/rjoytek.com\/what-causes-lcd-panel-failure\/\">LCD-Panel erzeugt.<\/a> mit einem Touchsensor. Ihr technischer Schwierigkeitsgrad ist geringer als bei In-Cell. Sie wird derzeit haupts\u00e4chlich in Samsung-AMOLED-Panelprodukten eingesetzt.
