TFT-LCD-Displays werden in immer mehr Anwendungen eingesetzt und verleihen Produkten eine bessere visuelle Darstellung.<\/p>\n<h4>Struktur von TFT-LCDs<\/h4>\n<p>TFT ist eine Abk\u00fcrzung f\u00fcr \u201eThin Film Transistor\u201c (D\u00fcnnschichttransistor). Das farbige TFT-LCD-Display verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Transistoren, die aus D\u00fcnnschichten aus amorphem Silizium bestehen und auf einem Glassubstrat abgeschieden sind. Es dient als Regelventil, um eine geeignete Spannung an die Fl\u00fcssigkristalle f\u00fcr einzelne Subpixel anzulegen. Jeder Pixel in einer Active-Matrix ist mit einem Transistor gepaart, der einen Kondensator enth\u00e4lt, wodurch jeder Subpixel in der Lage ist, seine Ladung zu behalten, anstatt jedes Mal eine elektrische Ladung zu ben\u00f6tigen, wenn er ge\u00e4ndert werden muss. Dies bedeutet, dass TFT-LCD-Displays reaktionsschneller sind.<\/p>\n<h4>TFT-LCD-Funktionsprinzip<\/h4>\n<p>Um zu verstehen, wie ein TFT-LCD funktioniert, m\u00fcssen wir zun\u00e4chst das Konzept eines Feldeffekttransistors (FET) verstehen. Ein FET ist eine Art von Transistor, der ein elektrisches Feld zur Steuerung des Stromflusses verwendet. Es ist ein Bauteil mit drei Anschl\u00fcssen: Source, Gate und Drain.
