Die LED-Anzeige bezieht sich auf eine Art von Fl\u00fcssigkristallanzeige (LCD), also eine Fl\u00fcssigkristallanzeige mit LED (lichtemittierende Diode) als Hintergrundbeleuchtung.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>OLED<\/strong> (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) eine organische lichtemittierende Diode (OLED oder organische LED), auch bekannt als organische Elektrolumineszenz (organische EL)-Diode.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>LCOS<\/strong> (Liquid Crystal on Silicon) ist eine reflektierende neue Displaytechnologie, die LCD und CMOS-Integrierte Schaltungen organisch kombiniert. Ihre Struktur befindet sich auf dem Siliziumwafer, wobei der Treiberpanel im Halbleiterprozess hergestellt wird, dann der Transistor durch Schleiftechnik auf dem Grund geschliffen und mit Aluminium als Spiegel beschichtet wird, um ein CMOS-Substrat zu bilden.
