Doch wie ist die Struktur und das Funktionsprinzip von TFT-LCD-Displays?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Definition von TFT-LCD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">TFT (Thin Film Transistor) LCD bezieht sich auf D\u00fcnnschichttransistor (Farbaktivmatrix). <a href=\"https:\/\/rjoytek.com\/how-do-lcd-screens-work-a-simple-guide-to-tft-lcd-technology\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"24\">TFT ist eine Technologie f\u00fcr LCDs.<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Im Technologiebereich gibt es verschiedene Technologien, TFT und TN, die gro\u00dfe Unterschiede aufweisen. Der Betrachtungswinkel von TFT ist breiter, w\u00e4hrend der von TN enger ist. In Bezug auf die Farben sind die Farben von TFT lebendiger und reichhaltiger, da die Anzeige von TFT eine \u201cDurchleuchtung\u201d durch LED-Licht verwendet, bei der eine spezielle Lichtr\u00f6hre auf der R\u00fcckseite des LCDs angebracht ist. Gleichzeitig ist f\u00fcr jedes Pixel ein Halbleiterschaltelement konfiguriert, sodass jedes Pixel direkt durch einen Einzelpunktimpuls gesteuert werden kann. Daher ist jeder Knoten relativ unabh\u00e4ngig und kann kontinuierlich gesteuert werden. Dies ist einer der Gr\u00fcnde, warum TFT deutlichere Vorteile gegen\u00fcber TN aufweist.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Es besteht kein Zweifel, dass die Produkte von Notebook-\/PC-Monitorherstellern TFT-LCDs verwenden. Derzeit wird TFT-LCD mit der Verbesserung des intelligenten Lebens auch auf viele Produkte angewendet. Dies wird als positive Gate-Ebenenstruktur bezeichnet, und Source-, Drain- und Gate-Elektroden befinden sich auf der Unterseite der a-Si-Schicht, was als invertierte Gate-Ebenenstruktur bezeichnet wird; Source-, Drain-Elektroden und Gate-Elektroden befinden sich auf beiden Seiten der a-Si-Schicht. Auf der Oberseite der a-Si-Schicht werden die Source- und Drain-Elektroden auf der Unterseite der a-Si-Schicht als positive Gate-versetzte Struktur oder Top-Gate-Struktur bezeichnet, das Gate befindet sich auf der Unterseite der a-Si-Schicht, und die Source- und Drain-Elektroden befinden sich auf der Oberseite der a-Si-Schicht. Dies wird als invertierte Gate-versetzte Struktur oder Bottom-Gate-Struktur bezeichnet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Aus Sicht des Herstellungsprozesses k\u00f6nnen die drei Schichten (oder zwei Schichten) SiN, a-Si und n+a-Si in der versetzten Struktur kontinuierlich abgeschieden werden, was f\u00fcr den Pipeline-Betrieb geeignet ist und Kreuzkontamination reduzieren kann. Heutzutage hat die versetzte Struktur den Mainstream gebildet, da sie nicht nur einen kontinuierlichen Betrieb f\u00fcr a-Si, SiN und n+a-Si erm\u00f6glicht, sondern das invertierte Gate auch als Lichtabschirmungsschicht dienen kann (ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Lichtabschirmungsschicht), was sehr gut f\u00fcr a-Si TFT geeignet ist. Der Kondensator und der eingebaute Speicherkondensator werden \u00fcber den in das untere Glassubstrat eingebetteten TFT aufgeladen, um die f\u00fcr jedes Bild erforderliche Spannung bis zur n\u00e4chsten Bildaktualisierung aufrechtzuerhalten. Das TFT-LCD selbst emittiert kein Licht, daher ist eine Hintergrundbeleuchtung erforderlich, und ein Hintergrundbeleuchtungs- <a href=\"https:\/\/rjoytek.com\/what-causes-lcd-panel-failure\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"62\">panel muss dem LCD hinzugef\u00fcgt werden,<\/a> um eine Lichtquelle mit hoher Helligkeit und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Helligkeitsverteilung bereitzustellen.
